EBE will hold its Annual Meetings 2012 on 26 June, in Brussels. The events are organised in conjunction with EFPIA.

As you might know, EBE Members also have the opportunity to attend meetings of the EFPIA Annual Programme, scheduled for 26 and 27 June in Brussels. You will receive a full programme and a specific registration form from EFPIA, in due course.
Please find attached an initial description of the EBE Annual Meetings this year and the registration form for the EBE events. Please make sure to send your completed individual registration form by the set deadline.

In the weeks to come, the organisation of each event will progress. We will continue to inform you about the developments in the set programme. You are of course also welcome to contact us should you have any question or suggestion.

In your registration, it is important to specify which of the following events (where applicable) you will attend:


1) General Assembly of EBE: registration is open to  all EBE members who wish to be informed of the  annual EBE review and listen to considerations about the perspectives of  the Biopharmaceutial sector.
2) EFPIA / EBE SMEs CEO Networking Lunch (On invitation only): At this lunch, participating CEOs will have the opportunity to exchange views, experiences and ideas in an interactive format. It will also provide an opportunity for one-to-one conversations between CEOs.
3) EBE Lunch Debate: A seated lunch around a relevant business topic: The precise topic is still under development at this stage. However, the lunch discussion will focus on a relevant business issue of interest to EBE Members. The topic will be confirmed shortly.
4) ‘China Connect’: A two-hour information session organised with Chinese and European experienced business leaders dedicated to disseminating information about access to China and to sharing experiences.
